During her visit, she explained where our waste items often end up and why it’s so important to prevent them from going to landfill.

Pupils learned about the environmental impact of waste and discovered new and creative ways to recycle everyday items especially pizza boxes! Folake also introduced us to the processes involved in reducing, reusing, and recycling materials which inspired us all to take more responsibility for our environment.
